Information we collect
ChatGPT sign-in provides an account identifier and email, and may provide your name. Your saved profile includes your name, height, weight, goal, selected package and any additional details you provide, such as availability, experience, food preferences or allergies. Workout logs, weight check-ins, dates, programme time zone, support messages, referral attribution and feedback are stored with your account.
Profile pictures, private progress pictures, optional public-review pictures and payment screenshots are separate uploads. Payment orders include the package, USD price, transfer method, destination, quoted amount, transaction reference, review status and membership dates. We do not collect card numbers, wallet passwords, recovery phrases or private keys.
Why we use it
We use this information to maintain your account, assign and review plans, save progress, verify manual payments, manage access dates, answer questions and investigate problems. Height, weight, goals and allergy information can be sensitive: share only what is needed, and avoid sending medical records or unnecessary personal documents.
Who can see it
Your private member information and uploads are accessible to you and the authorised site administrator. Account boundaries are enforced by the application. Optional feedback and its separate review photo appear publicly only when you give permission and the administrator approves them. Updating feedback returns it for moderation. Private profile or progress photos are not used as public testimonials.
Service providers and transfers
The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare-hosted storage and infrastructure. These providers process information needed to operate the website, sign-in, security and delivery under their own terms and policies. Storage or processing can occur outside your country. Binance or your chosen wallet/network provider processes transfers independently; public blockchain transactions may be visible outside this website.
Contact enquiries
The contact form stores your name, email, enquiry, reference number and submission time so Admin can review and respond. A one-way hash of the network address provided by our hosting service is used to limit repeated submissions; the form does not store the raw address in the enquiry record. Platform security logs may separately contain access information.
Cookies and advertising
Sign-in and hosting may use essential session or security technologies. We have not added advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party analytics to this version. Member weights, goals, allergies, private photos and payment proofs are not shared by the application with advertising platforms. See our Cookie Policy.
Retention, access and deletion
Saved records remain available between logins and membership renewals. We retain records while needed to deliver the service, resolve enquiries or disputes, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You may edit your profile, delete optional photos using the dashboard controls, withdraw review publication permission, or request access, correction or account/data deletion through Contact. Requests are handled manually after identity checks. Some transaction or dispute records may need to be retained; public blockchain records cannot be deleted by us.
Your choices and security
Use the service only if you are at least 18. Optional pictures and public feedback are not required to purchase. We use authenticated access, restricted private file routes and HTTPS through the hosting platform; no online service can promise absolute security. Never submit passwords, keys or recovery phrases.
